These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Burton Paperwork website and service ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, submitting an enquiry form or speaking with our team, you agree to these Terms.

Burton Paperwork is a trading name of INDEPENDENT LIVING SUPPORT CENTRE LIMITED, company number 17269803.

We provide paid help with Attendance Allowance applications in England and Wales. We are not affiliated with the DWP or any government body.

We provide information and guidance. Final decisions on eligibility and awards are made by the relevant authority or provider, not by us. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, award amount, or approval.

Once you have given us your information, you agree that we may use automated systems and artificial intelligence (AI) to contact you and to process your information. This includes automated phone calls (which may use pre-recorded messages or an AI voice), automated text messages, and AI-assisted tools that help us assess eligibility and prepare your application.

By submitting your details through any of our forms or channels, you consent to this automated and AI-based contact and processing. A trained human adviser reviews anything important before it is submitted on your behalf. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or emailing info@independent-living-support.life.

We work on a no-win, no-fee basis for Attendance Allowance applications. If the claim is unsuccessful, you do not owe us a service fee.

If an Attendance Allowance claim is approved, our one-off fee of £240 including VAT becomes payable after you receive a backdated DWP payment. The fee is £200 plus £40 VAT. Backdating and payment amounts vary and are not guaranteed.

Your initial eligibility chat is free and you are under no obligation to continue.

You may cancel before paid work begins. Any further cancellation rights and payment arrangements will be explained before you instruct us.

You can apply for Attendance Allowance directly through the DWP for free. Age UK and Citizens Advice may also offer free benefit support.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself or the person you are enquiring on behalf of.
• Have authority to share any third party's information you provide.
• Use our service for lawful purposes only.
• Not misuse, copy, or attempt to disrupt our website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
