No win, no fee
If we help you with your Attendance Allowance claim and it isn't approved, you owe us nothing at all. That's our no-win, no-fee promise.
We only ask for our fee once the DWP has confirmed your claim and sent the backdated payment to your bank account.
When your claim succeeds
If the DWP approves your claim, they usually send a backdated payment from the date your application was submitted. This is typically between £500 and £1,000.
Once that backdated payment arrives in your bank account, our one-off fee is £250. So you only pay us once you have already received money from your claim.
What the £250 fee includes
- A friendly phone call to talk through your daily routine and needs.
- Help completing your application in plain English.
- Checking everything carefully before it is sent to the DWP.
- Follow-up help if the DWP asks for more information.

You can apply yourself for free
You can apply for Attendance Allowance directly through the DWP for free. We are a paid service for people who would like help with the forms and the wording, and for families who want the peace of mind of having someone guide them through the process.
If your claim doesn't succeed, you don't pay anything. That's it.
